Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to and/or collect information that you voluntarily give me via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted I got the job! I will not share your information with any third party outside of this company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask me not to, I may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access To and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from me at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting me via the jill@igotthejob.us or 425.241.8689:
See what data I have about you, if any.
Change/correct any data I have about you.
Have me delete any data I have about you.
Express any concern you have about my use of your data.

Security
I take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, bookkeeping) are granted access to personally identifiable information, and they sign strict confidentiality agreements. The computers/servers in which I store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

RATES

RESUMES

$195 Student rate (enrolled in HS or college, not working FT AND less than two years professional exp.)

$215 Less than four years professional exp.

$245 Line staff level, 4-9 yrs. exp.

$275 Line staff level, 10+ yrs. exp.

$305 Manager level (includes project managers and business owners with no employees)

$335 Director level (and business owners with 1-4 employees)

$365 VP level (and business owners with 5-14 employees)

$395 CEO level (and business owners with 15+ employees)

Note: Full-rate resumes include a 30-minute consultation time at no charge, followed by an emailed questionnaire after payment has been made and work on your draft has commenced.

Should you wish to provide the answers to your questionnaire via phone or in person, you are welcome to do so. In that scenario, I will bill time that exceeds the 30-minute free consultation at my normal hourly rate.

RESUME CRITIQUES

$35 Resume critiques with detailed analysis (credited towards cost of resume, if selected within 30 days of purchase). Resume critiques include a free 15-minute consultation.

$50 Resume critique and do-it-yourself template (credited towards cost of resume, if selected within 30 days of purchase). Resume critiques include a free 15-minute consultation.

Note: Resume rates can be split in two payments, if desired. The first half is due after the initial phone consultation and enables work on your resume to begin. The second half is due prior to receipt of the first draft. If split payment is not requested, full payment is due upon commencement of work.

Resume rates include initial phone consultation and unlimited draft revisions that occur within 30 days of first draft receipt. There will be a document review charge of $10 per page if documentation (reviews, old resumes, articles, etc.) exceeds 15 pages.

$50 Each additional new job

Resume updates may include a complete makeover, at no extra charge, if my style has evolved since I last wrote your resume. Questionnaires will be mailed after payment has been made. Consultations longer than 15 minutes will bill at my hourly rate.

INTERVIEW COACHING / JOB SEARCH STRATEGY

$100 per hour, billed in 1/4 hour increments

Note: Job finding and interview coaching can be conducted in person (in my office or at a mutually convenient location in the Seattle/Eastside area) or via phone, your choice. There is a one-hour minimum for in-person coaching.

LINKED IN PROFILE MAKEOVERS

$50 With resume purchase

$100 Without resume purchase

Travel is charged at $50 per hour, billed in 1/4 hour increments, if over 20 miles. Travel for 20 miles and under is free.

No-show rate - In the event of a no-show for an in-person coaching session, the travel rate will be charged both ways from SE Bellevue, plus wait time.

Other arrangements are possible. PayPal (debit or credit card), check or cash payments are accepted.
